Roya138 is more than just another online casino platform. We are a Malaysian players' community built on a foundation of trust, security, and an enjoyable gaming experience. From day one, our vision has been simple — bring a truly fair and safe casino experience to local players.
Roya138 was established with one clear goal — to provide an online casino platform genuinely designed for Malaysian players. Not a foreign platform haphazardly translated, not a platform that fails to understand how local players game and make payments.
Our team is made up of individuals who understand local gaming culture, MYR payment needs, and the types of games most popular among players from Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak. Every decision we make — from game selection to payment methods — is based on the real needs of Malaysian players.
To become the most trusted number one online casino platform in Malaysia — a place where every player feels safe, valued, and always has a chance to win.
All data and transactions at Roya138 are protected with 256-bit SSL encryption. Your personal and financial information is never stored without adequate protection.
Roya138 exclusively features games from internationally licensed providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, and PG Soft — all audited by independent bodies.

Roya138 was not built overnight. It is the result of years of hard work, listening to player feedback, and constantly striving to improve. Here is our journey so far.
The roya138 platform launched officially with 50 curated games and FPX payment support for Malaysian players, starting with a small but fast-growing community built on honest service.
Roya138 expanded the platform by adding Evolution Gaming Live Casino and a sports betting section covering EPL football and BWF badminton.
Launched a 6-tier VIP program and a mobile app for Android and iOS. The addition of Touch 'n Go and Boost as new payment methods received an overwhelming response.
Roya138 reached the milestone of 100,000 registered members — a testament to the Malaysian player community's trust in our platform.
The addition of new providers including PG Soft, Habanero, and Spadegaming brought roya138's game selection to over 300 titles, spanning slots, live casino, and esports.
Today roya138 serves over 500,000 registered members across Malaysia. We continuously improve the platform, introduce new features, and ensure the best experience for every player.
Many online casino platforms operating in Malaysia are actually global platforms simply translated into Bahasa Melayu without truly understanding local players' needs. At roya138, we started everything by asking a simple question: what do Malaysian players actually need?
The answer is clear — players need a platform that accepts MYR payments without confusing exchange rates, games popular in Malaysia like baccarat, EPL football, badminton, and Mobile Legends, support in Bahasa Melayu, and a withdrawal process that isn't a hassle. roya138 was built from the ground up around these needs.
Security is the cornerstone of roya138. Every player account is protected with optional two-factor authentication, 256-bit SSL encryption on all transactions, and an automated fraud detection system operating 24 hours a day. We also run a transparent KYC (Know Your Customer) process to verify every player's identity and protect your account from unauthorized access.
Roya138 never shares players' personal information with third parties without explicit consent. All data is stored on secure servers with layered protection. Our privacy policy is transparent and easy to understand — no terms deliberately complicated to confuse players.
Roya138 only partners with internationally licensed game providers that use independently audited Random Number Generators (RNG). This means every game outcome — whether a slot spin, a baccarat hand, or a dice roll — is completely random and cannot be manipulated by any party, including Roya138 itself.
The RTP (Return to Player) value for each game is displayed transparently in the game information. Players can make decisions based on real data, not assumptions. This is a standard we hold firmly because we believe players deserve to know their true odds.
More than just a platform, roya138 is a community. We welcome new players with meaningful bonuses, reward loyal players through a VIP program with real benefits, and listen to feedback to keep improving our service. Every player — from first-time registrants to VIP Legend members — is treated with the same respect and professionalism.
Roya138's customer support team isn't just bots or automated scripts. They are real people trained to understand games, payment processes, and the needs of Malaysian players. When you reach out to roya138 support, you're talking to someone who can genuinely help.
Roya138 is fully committed to responsible gaming practices. We provide tools for players to set daily betting limits, weekly deposit limits, and temporary account break options. Our team is also trained to identify signs of problem gambling and direct players to appropriate support resources when needed.
We believe casino gaming is entertainment, and healthy entertainment requires clear boundaries. roya138 doesn't want players to bet beyond their means — this platform is designed to be a source of fun, not financial stress.
