Many players ask this question — if the Roya138 website is already accessible from a mobile browser, why bother installing the app? The answer is simple: it's a completely different experience. The Roya138 app is built from the ground up for mobile, not just a web version resized for a smaller screen.
First, speed. The app loads interface elements locally from your device, meaning significantly faster load times compared to a website that has to download all assets every time you open a new session. For live casino games that rely on video streaming, every second counts — and the Roya138 app delivers a smoother, more stable experience.
Second, the convenience of touch controls. The roya138 app interface is designed with touch controls as the priority. Buttons are larger and easier to tap, the layout is optimised for thumbs, and navigating between sections is far more intuitive. Players who switch from the web version to the app rarely want to go back.
Security is often a concern for players when installing an Android APK from outside the Google Play Store. It is a valid concern, and roya138 takes it seriously.
The roya138 Android app is digitally signed with a valid certificate and has undergone rigorous security checks before being released to users. Every new version goes through the same process. You can verify the integrity of the APK file using the hash code provided alongside the download link.
Within the app, all communication between your device and roya138's servers is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption — the same standard used on the website. Your login data, account information, and transaction details are never transmitted unencrypted.
Biometric login using fingerprint or facial recognition adds an extra layer of security to protect your account even if your phone is lost or stolen. Certain sensitive functions such as withdrawals also require additional verification as a protective measure.
Roya138 regularly releases app updates to improve performance, add new features, and maintain the highest level of security. These updates are free and recommended for all users.
For Android users, you will receive a push notification when a new version is available. You can download and install the update directly from that notification, or go to the Settings section in the app and tap "Check for Updates". The update process typically takes less than 2 minutes and does not require you to uninstall the existing app — all your account data is preserved.
For iOS users, updates are delivered through the same method as the initial installation. You will be notified via a notification or can check under the Account section within the app.
Beyond mobile phones, the Roya138 app is also optimised for Android tablets and iPads. The larger screen delivers a richer gaming experience — especially for live casino where you can see the game table more clearly, and for video slots where the graphics truly shine at higher resolutions.
The app layout automatically adapts to the tablet's screen size, using the extra space to display more complete game information without needing to scroll. For serious players, a tablet with a stable WiFi connection is the ideal setup for long live casino sessions.
Another advantage of the Roya138 app over the website is easy access to customer support. The built-in live chat function lets you reach the Roya138 support team directly from within the app without having to exit and open a separate browser.
Our support team operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Any issues related to deposits, withdrawals, or technical matters can be reported with screenshots taken directly from your device and shared in the live chat window — speeding up your issue resolution process.
The roya138 app does not collect personal data beyond what is required for account operations. Read our Privacy Policy us for full details.
